Important Dates
The following meetings will be held at the Army, Navy and Air Force Veterans Association in Stratford located at:
151 Lorne Ave E, Stratford, ON N5A 7X2 Unit 261
Thursday March 20th - 7pm start - Centre Rep Meeting and AGM
We will discuss the upcoming season; potential rule changes and we will be asking centre reps to declare the number of teams and at which age group you will participate. U7 thru U20
Agenda will be sent out a few weeks prior to the meeting. If anyone has any rule changes to submit, then please email them in advance of the meeting

We are looking for executive members. If you are interested in being on exec please indicate your interest ahead of the AGM. We are looking to fill the roles President, VP, Treasurer and Secretary.
Thursday April 24th - 7pm start - Coaches/Scheduling Meeting
Please come prepared to this meeting with home diamond times and locations. We will provide writing utensils, and scheduling Calendars for each team.
We will require divisional convenors, these will be selected at the scheduling meeting. If you are willing to volunteer, then please indicate that at the meeting.
